Only in Nova.. but not Hampton roads.. but I think there were talks about it

When I took my civic to get it Inspected. They inspected it and did emissions. This is Fairfax County tho. Not sure about other countys.

As for the AIV. I reccomend you take it off for a "Cleaner" look. lol. You can cut off the metal pipe. Take the bolt off with a 24mm. Take a Nickle. Yes a money Nickle. JB weld it onto the bottom of the bolt and twist it back on. Works good for me instead of buying a AIV bolt from Heavy Throttle.
