Default Small electrical problem.

For some reason when I got into my car today my windows and doors wouldn't work. They were all working at the same time earlier in the morning. Any ideas what is going on? It doesn't seem to be the fuses unless there is one central fuse on a 92 civic hatch that controls them. Both driver and passenger sides don't work.

Could that control the locks as well?

Now I'm baffled as all hell though and don't think it's the relay. They worked intermittingly, but only when the clutch was in about half way, and now it won't. I traced electrical wiring, but don't see anything wrong.
