ok i have cleaned the iac valve and put it back on, it still surges, i cleaned the TB still no change. the screw wasnt messed with either, should i play with it?

can it be the fast idle control valve

i think you over looked my posts...try these things.

egr valve, and pcv valve, iac valve

also..whens the last time you changed/cleaned the air filter?

air filter dont remember, its been a while, iac valve checked and cleaned no change., where is the pcv valve and the egr valve?

ok i have the fast idle thermal control valve off, and the Tb. is there something i should do to the FITCV, the TB is clean, any suggestions,

ok i tightened the wax in the fitvc and the surging stopped for about 10 min after the car warmed but the idle was still high. then when i drove it an i guess the air cooled the car a lil it started surgin again, but not as rough.

is it defective or should i move on to something else?

its was the fast idle thermal control valve, i tightened the wax, and now it runs normal, thanks 4 all the help.
