Bogging Under 3000 Rpm
My 96 civic coupe seems to bog out real bad when I stomp it in 2nd 3rd and 4th gears under 3000 rpms. As soon as it gets to 3000 it takes off tho. I was wondering if I'm having problems with my fuel, or if I need to advance my timing. It doesn't sound like its starving for fuel. It sounds like its getting fuel, but its jus not moving. Iunno....... Someone help me out.

Yea I did jus do a mini me swap. Someone said I might need a new distributor. They said I need to get a distributor from a vtec civic. The one I have now is the stock dx non vtec one. Could this be my problem? I need to get this fixed. My 1/4 mile times sucked ass last saturday.
