Rpm Surge from 1200-3000
I have a 94 Acura Integra Gsr, and lately it has been surgin from 1000-1500 rpm in the morning when its cold, now as of last night, it idls at 1200 and surges up and down from 1200-3000 when im driving under 2000 rpm and when sitting at a light, or just in netural.
Help!!
What can it be and what are the $$ estimates, where on the peninsula should i take it?

Have you done anything with the idle adjustment screw or bypassed the coolant lines from the throttle body?
Do you have a Hondata?
Also if the throttle cable is too tight that can cause it.
A dirty sticking throttle plate can also give the same symtoms...
