how hard is it to install a/c on 3rd gen teg if you took everything out?

Easy if you have the knowledge, the right place to do it and the right tools/equiptment. Just like everything else on cars

Yup, but good luck getting the freon from a reputable place. Half the time they want your license, but a buddy who is a/c certified can handle that for you.
