your ignition timing is way off! you are predetonation(sp), knocking. not good, keep it up, and you will have a hole in a piston or rings wil pop. Basically the piston is firing way before TDC.
Loss of power, well, the reduced back pressure from your new exhaust has reduced your torque in the car. You gained more flow, which will help in the higher RPM range. But the low down pulling torque is lost. Need to gain it back by retarding the cam timing w/ a cam gear.
