Ive got a 89 crx with an ls swap,B18a1. Any how everything is wired but the map and it has the one prong one wire map sensor plug in the harness and the map on the motor is a three prong stock map sensor? What do i need to do to correctlly hook the map sensor up. Motor will run but very rich. Pm or post with info. Thanks ahead for the help.

 

All honda map sensors have 3 wires, you have your plugs mixed up.

 

ok well there is a plug that looks just like the map sensor plug but with one prong. either way i need to know how to hook it up. can i run it directly to the computer or what. Ive never really messed with swaped cars?

there is only two sensors with one wire on a honda===> vtec selinoid ground and the oil pressure sending unit. The only other plug that looks like a map sensor plug is the throttle position sensor. Both the map and tps have 3 wires.

 

ok well the tps is hooked up for sure, can i get a plug and wire it stright to the ecu?
