Re: problems with the new motor
just a start but did you change the injectors to your stock ones, obd2 wont work in a obd1 car, firing order right, did you plug the air injection on the 2000 intake, what do you mean will not go all the way,be more clear when you ask for help. tell us what you have done and not done. also that sensor doesnt mean crap in your car dont worry about it

^^^ beat me to it ...
i was going to ask about the injectors also..
also which distributor did you use?
if you are cranking it over and the motor stalls then you have the firing order wrong if that is what you mean by it wont crank all the way...
like he said give us some more info

Re: problems with the new motor
you use the y8 manifold if you did there will be a fitting right between the 2 and 3 cylinders you have to plug that if you used the z6 mani you will be able to see a little hole in ur block between the 2 and 3 cylinders. also is your injector box plugged all connections securely together, you have to check over the electrics very well. can you hear your fuel pump working, are the plugs still good, there could be many things experiment and let us know.

Timing. make sure when you set it that #1 is on the compression stroke, not the exhaust. Unless you never touched it. Ground wire on the thermostat, gets me all the time. Vacuum leaks.
