Hey guys im trying to find the oil filter on my girls 2.2 ecotec. Its a 2002 grand am any suggestions

look next to the vtec simulator switch, right behind the anti-smoke sensors...youll see it...

y dont you look in the manual

its behind the intake. look right between the throttle body and the head, there is a plastic housing that has a 27mm head. it is in there. it is a cartridge style.

keep in mind though, it is hard to get to unless you have the right socket. Snap On finally got one to market last month, and it is wonderful

its not in the owners manual for a reason. most owners will fuck up the cap changing the oil.
