Look man, either your light bulb burnt out, you dont have power or you dont have ground. Get a test light and a meter and check it out. Its some of the easiest stuff you can do.

I had the same problem with my 89 Civic Si. I checked every fuse, connections and plugs & it wasn't none of that. Was the lighting or turn signal switch. I sprayed WD-40 into the mechanism while I was turning the head lights on & off.
