since my motor locked up i rebuilt it now when i start the car up it runs like ass but its not on 3 cylenders im sure. i replaced the plugs and wires. im not sure what else i could check besides the coil pack. any ideas?

 

I'm assume since no distributor there's a power transistor pack somewhere. Maybe that's screwy?

 

Do you have ignitors? That's a problem with RX7's, the coils will check out, but the ignitor has shit the bed.

considering ur a dsm... check a few things... 1g... check mass air sensor.... cam positioning sensor..... timing..... i personally just rebuilt my car... it runs like shit because i blew out the wastegate housing... bent the wastegate too... so check ur turbo as well

 

be a little more specific on what its doing besides running like crap... i mean does it run fine and fall on its ass??? lil more specific plz

 

it doesnt stall out at all, it just idles like i have a mild cam but i really dont lol
i looked at my timing (which i thought i set perfect when the motor was out) and it was a tooth off. would it make it run like that?

 

i tore the front of the engine down to fix it and when i started puting it back together my brand new tensioner broke into 3 peices! so i have to wait til tomorow to see what happens.

naw i just broke the tensioner with a air ratchet. the car wasnt runing or anything
