LS/vtec ECU problems.
ITR cams aren't super agressive and are kinda small when it comes to All Motor, get some Skunk2 Pro1 cams or even some BLOX Spec Bs and your power will increase alot. Also the DC header sucks UNLESS you at least get their JDM ITR copy with the 2.5" outlet that works pretty decent
Oh yeah you could sell your ITR cams for like $350 or more , alot of Turbo guys are looking for them now , spend another $100 or so on some Blox Spec Bs and you are set.
I can get Blox, I doubt they are as cheap as EBAY but you know 100% that you will get your product! 
EDIT: On another note I saw tecnic1's post about his set up and his #s , so to the original poster like I said get better parts and you will get higher #s like tecnic

im alright with it now even though its not that quick. because ive got a 2.0L sleeved gsr im about to drop in for turbo soon. and that is why i wanted to keep the itr cams and gsr head.
THe ITR cams will be awesome with your boosted motor as long as you use a Quality turbo manifold not just some log mani like a Drag. The high lift long duration cams have been proven to work BUT the set up has to be optimized. I can't tell you how all technically BUT I can copy and paste shit lol
