Im going to go ahead and suggest you throw everything away and start from scratch.....minus the dremel tool. Throw that away while your at it so you are not tempted to let your stupidity florish once again.

I just finished installing the new pistons, they look awseome. Their is a little gap between the cylinder wall and piston on cylinder number 7. but it really shouldnt make that much of a difference. Yeah ill video tape the start up.

Kidding aside, how much work have you done on engines? If you want to grenade that motor and your new pistons, then by all means, start it. You can NOT dremel the inside of that motor. Motors are built on tolerances in the thousandths and more. (thats .001") Theres no way in hell you're going to be able to free hand that tolerance, especially with a dremel.
I hope this is really a joke, but if it isn't, you need to realize were all busting on you because you're going about this completely wrong.
