Default intake swap

im getting ready to swap the intake manifold on my y7 for right now. but the question is, what type of throttle body do i use. i know that the y7 has the iacv on it but the z6 intake has it on the back. do i leave the z6 iacv on it and not use it. or can i use it just not hook up all the wires to it? i read of forums before and i dont get it i guess.
