WIth the rsx ecu you have to take it out and send it to california. THere is no place around here that can do it yet. Its not the same as every other hondata out there. I had to send key, imobilizer (sp) and the ecu to calif, (hondatas main base) and get them to do it there. THe cost was about 600 from clubrsx.com.
