Is it rain water, or coolant?

To fix the targa leak, obviously depending on where it's at. You can shim the roof (pin) mounts, and make the roof tighter, which puts more sealing force on the front and rear seals.

I just did that to mine, works good, also quiets the roof rattle/sweak down a bit.

My civic wagon has a leak on the pass. floor board though, havn't really looked into it yet.

I had this happen to my hatch once...but unfortunately I never figured out how it came in, but it only happened once its been fine since.
