Arrow head problems

ok, heres the problem..... trying to take the head off my h22. head bolts are torqued and can't get them broke. any suggestions? Don't really feel comfortable with an impact gun on the head. is that safe to do or is there another way?

impact should be ok, but i can see that youre scared to break the head of the bolt, but dont worry about that. Theyre too strong, or at least you need to think that. lol
