My headgasket was leaking so I bought a new headgasket. Took the head off and send it to Abacus for resurfacing. They said the head looked good with no problems. My friends put the head back on to torque specs. Now the problem is the car started but oil was leaking everywhere but mostly through the exhaust. Though maybe the headgasket was on backwards. Checked that and its on right. Any other suggestions? Car was not leaking oil like that before putting it back together.
you have the gasket upside down. dont try to reuse it

I haven't heard it but when the car was started it was making a very loud high whistling sound coming from the intake manifold. I don't want to start it up again to hear it.

no you cant reuse the gasket. sounds like you have a leaky intake gasket too

Actually I'm the one that put the headgasket on. So If I find out it's on upside down joke me for being a dumbass. My friends know what they are doing and I don't. There I go again fuckin shit up. Im just trying to learn.
