i talked to some of the guys at next level and they said the headgasket. if its not the head gasket then they said the deck on the block could be uneven. we need to check it for straightness. did u guys make any progress last night?

 

Nope. But that is something we talked about. The block itself could be warped.

 

i see. i'm looking for an extra intake mani. we might have one at the shop but if worst come to worst then ill see about getting a skunk2. i dont think the crack is the cause of the whistle but i havn't heard it run so i don't know. i'll give u a call later on. i left my cell home and it has my numbers in it.

did u use dowel pins to line up the headgasket?
