Default d15b7 bogging on idle

I recently bought a 95 civic lx. I thought it was the head gasket was blown, so i replaced. Come to find out the number 2 spark plug was heated so bad that it wouldnt come out. So i bought a used head from woodfins with a warranty. The warranty only covers if its warped or cracked. Replaced all the radiator hoses, spark plugs, thermostat, head and timing belt. Its bogging at idle now and the heats isnt working either. Any ideas?

Vacuum lines are wrong, and is your heater core good?

Day I noticed that by the dizzy oil had come from somewhere? So I'm assuming the head, because its on all the radiator hoses towards the firewall. Any ideas?
