Default Trying to still fix the IDLE on the SR20det

Ok i spent the whole day working on my SR today, yesterday the sr was running between 15-20 on the timing scale and today it was alittle past 20.

i started the car and it revs up then quickly struggles to stay alive for 30 sec and dies. I had to rev it to keep it alive then the idle settles at 1000rpm and the boost gauge stays at 20hg. Now when i try to rev the motor up, the RPMS' DROP first like 500-750-rpms then rise. if i tap the throttle the rpms drop first then rise.. What the fuck??? Is the turbo blown ??

II took the ACC or IACV out and tried to clean it. I also looked at the the spark plugs and the outer ring is black and the tip is a off-white color. what does that mean?

Like i have said before I have bought a brand new maf, 255 walbro, 300zx fuel filter, coolant temp sensor. When the car stays at idle i unpluged the o2 and nothing happend?

PLEASE I NEED HELP someone come by and take a look at it

Try the things I listed in this post. They're the steps listed in diagnostic procedure for an unstable idle in the FSM. If you need more details on any of the steps let me know.

if you go in to back of a haynes book, it will tell you what the black is on the spark plugs

Here's what a quick google search turned up on reading spark plugs: http://www.dragstuff.com/techarticle...ead-plugs.html

thanks for everyones replies

1. I have no EGR
2. Engine speed drops at each injector
3. spark plugs work
4. I changed the fpr to my sohc motor
5. o2 looks clean but when i disconnect it nothing happends or changes?
6. no intake leak
7. i cleaned the iacv , but not yet tested
8. compression not tested yet
9. ecu plugged in. I have the E5 ecu does that matter?
10. i dont have another ECU to check

When i change the timing though to 15deg it runs worse then i try to increase the idle and the thing goes to 40deg and runs better. a few guys are having the same problem on the NICO forums.
6.
