Trying to still fix the IDLE on the SR20det

i have the mbc disconnected so 7 psi

intake do you mean intake manifold. i squezzed the hose running to the iacv and the car rpm drop slowely till it dies so i guess that means no vaccum leak??

Intake leak is really a large section on a turbo motor, everything after the MAFS (but mainly after the turbo) all the way to the engine is where an intake leak can occur and cause the car to run weird. This is why they're hard to track down.

Only at idle, could be that when you're boosting its causing something to open up and leak.

I'd try disconnecting the BOV, taping up the hose that goes to it and see if that helps any.
