Then he could either boost it, juice it or build the motor up. If he's on a budget, he could spray it.
I'm stock, and I'm stuck between saving up for a turbo kit, or bolt ons(and doing my suspension setupd) But seriously, he should be able to take that GS-T, with no passengers.
I used to have a Coupe, and even then, I had no problem with stock GS-Ts, and it had I/h/e and other little bolt ons, and this was in a 2500 pound coupe.
So I bet its TPS fucking things up.
maybe you could use one of these...

I beleive they were using a T3/T4 setup.
Not very safe smart for daily driving, but take off your front and rear bumper reinforcements. That will get you about .2-.4 in the 1/4.If your really serious take out your dashboard, get a die grinder and cut out every peice of excess metal in the interior of the car.Don't get to happy with it though or you could really destroy the integrity of the chassis.Get plexiglass windows.Don't forget the Nitrous.Skunk2 makes a drag launch kit tha will does wonders for 60ft times.Just a few ideas.

I have no problem with stock GS-T's, and I'm a stock b16a in a Cx hatch.

I fixed the tps sensor and the car stopped being sluggish.
