Default clutch causing rpms to drop

car is a 240 hatch with sr20 swap the important or liable upgrades are gt28r, adjustable fuel pressure reg, afc neo, 11psi, fully built head with 264/264 cam shafts, stock injectors, 255 fuel pump, lightweight flywheel. just got it tuned and supposedly all the wiring issues fixed but now this:
- the rpms drop ALOT while the car is in gear and the clutch is pressed. when its in neutral and the clutch is pressed it does nothing. also at idle, SOMETIMES, usually after "getting on it" they will drop just as low. sometimes it causes the car to stall, sometimes it shakes and shit like it will and at the last second jump up rpms. at part/half/wide in first and some of second it sputters real bad and the car will buck. it also breaks up at high rpm and is running quite rich. pretty sure the breaking up is a result of fouled plugs from running so damn rich. Any suggestions?

I had this exact same problem. After getting on it a bit it would shut off but if I had put it in gear and let go of the clutch the car would cut back on without me turning the key. I replaced the spark plugs with one step colder ones(which im sure your running because of your mods) and replaced the coilpacks and it fixed the problem.

Check for vacuum and boost leaks. What type of bov are you using? What injectors are you running? What maf are you running?

That's because it's making the car cut back on, like push starting it.
