i got a 91 ef hatch with obd1 ls swap. when i start the car it will run as long as i hold the key as soon as i let the key go the car shuts off. so one told me that might be the relay so i replaced it and it didnt make a difference. some one help me out

 

Sounds like an ignition switch problem.. Where do you have to hold the key to get it to work?

 

Swap out your igniition and see if that takes care of it... Cause if you are holding the key forward int eh start position, and then when you release pressure and it turns off sounds like the ignition...
