88 accord still wont run PAYING $$$ TO GET RUNNIN

its been down for 2 months now and I still cant get anyone to help fix this thing. I replaced almost everything except the engine internals. I think its the timing or some other simple problem im overlookin but cant seem to get workin.

I WILL PAY FOR SOME1 TO FIX MY CAR SO I CAN DRIVE TO WORK!!
I dont get on drag so please call
