Default Cam Gear alignment. NEED HELP!

Well I put some adjustable cam gears on and my exhaust side is off a half a tooth. The timing belt is off but I cant adjust the cam gear to where its perfectly aligned with the intake side. Does anyone know how to move it so it realigns again? thanks for the help.

the cam gear only moves the cam not the outside where the teeth are make sure you didn't move your crank at all when you installed the cam gears
