I plan it being a HF 1700 lbs type r motor $5,000 thats to damn much I can get a GSR installed for $5,000 But I think I am gonna do the install myself..and maybe I can enough ass on the board and have some people help me....but I have to get the car first..gonna get it just dont know when yet...

i might have some jdm itr pistons and cams for sale soon..goin higher comp still purdy much oem parts =)

yeah but a B18c5 is hard to find and very expensive. just go Ls Vtec and spend all the money you saved on forged internals, IHE, cams and fuel system.

you dont need to rev to the sky to get power out of an lsvtec. build it to handle 8500 and you be alright.

well...you didn't say anything about the interior...my friend w/ a crx hf weighing in a 2000 with him in it with a stock b16 put down a 13.2...he then put a lsvtec w/ itr pistons and cams and put down a 12.5...just FYI...

Autoslolution(sp?) said they have seen a gsr with some head work in a crx put downhigh 12's with slicks


thats why I want a b18 what is the advantages of a LS/VTEC over a GSR?

that 13.2 and 12.5 are both with slicks....and the car with him was 2000 lbs...he weighs in at 170 so the car is about 1830lbs
