I also just bought a new pioneer deck like the one i had in my integra and i hooked it all up and when id would turn the music all the way down the sub would still hit not really to a beat it was just making a shit ton of noise... anyone every had this happen or know how i could fix it?

Re: Audio help
Ideally the ground cable should be as short as possible, and you should clean the paint from wherever the ground touches the chassis. You don't want the bolt to be the only thing conducting current. Drill and tap a hole into one of the chassis rails in the trunk. You can usually see where they are by knocking on the trunk floor or looking where there are lines of spot welds.
You should also try to keep the power cable and RCAs as far apart as possible. Noise can also be caused by poor head unit grounding, so don't spend all your time fighting with the amp unless you know that your head unit has a good ground also. If they're cheap RCAs, they're probably not shielded very well and you might want to make a small step up in quality.
