Default Audio Help

i have a problem that is fucking pissing me off, whenever i turn up the volume to my system real loud, shit starts rattling. Not all the time, just when the bass hits. Ive heard of sumthin called Dynamat(or sumthing like that) that is supposed to help. Anyone know anything about this Dynamat stuff or any other solutions. thanks

It's a pain in the ass to install (correctly) but it does help a lot. Another way to find out what's rattling is just to take all the panels out in the trunk and poke around while you have it cranked up.

Taking out all of the carpet, seats, trim, panels, routing cables and such, cutting all of the pieces the right size, then putting everything back together without breaking all the clips on the trim. It sucks.

Do remember that sound deadening material is really hard to remove, so make sure you aren't going to eventually try weight reduction

i got my dynomat from Cellcom in fallls church (703 538-2500), they sell and install it. but they've also got some new spray "sound deadener" or something that will keep your hands from getting cut up from that damn dynomat (if you're gonna install it)
