If the only thing wrong with it is a resistor, sure. That probably isn't the case though.

was the only noticeable thing wrong with it... everything else was fine "looking". it is little black box "resistor" with 3 prongs, on the outside if the motherboard. I de sautered it and takin it to a electonic shop to see if they have a replacement

A volt? as in 1 volt? Where do you have this wire connected to? This maybe your problem you should see 12+volt. If you have a aftermarket head unit connect it to the blue wire.

If it's black and has 3 legs, and it mounts to the heatsink, it's usually not a resistor. It's probably a transistor or MOSFET.
