just wanted to say thanks for all the help i believe i got the problem fixed. i cleaned out the FITV and the IAC and she idles just fine now.

Had the same prob on my biys teg and it was a bad MAP sensor.

check your fast idle valve. thats what hapened to mine.

take off your intake piping and with the car running and on temp take your finger and inside of the throttle body before the butterfly the will be a hole/port cover that port if the idle clears up it's you iac(idle air control) valve....

if there is two holes then you have also a FITV(fast idle thermal valve) the top hole is iac and bottom is fitv do the same trick for the fitv as you would for the iac...

your pcv(positive crank ventilation) is a plastic tube(small) with a 90 degree angle that comes up between two of your intake runners usually #2 & #3 with a hose attached to it and the intake manifold plenum. with out breaking it take the plastic elbow off there is a hose attached to the bottom of it also shake it if it rattles/clicks it's good or just try to blow through it all it is is a check valve if its blocked spray carb/choke cleaner in it(as a temp fix) and buy another one
