i missed my court date for reckless once. i called the court house and they gave me a number to call. i called the number and they said i had to go to the police station and fill out a paper. so i go and the lady tells me to have a seat. two seconds later a cop comes up and tells me to follow him to his car. he then tells me to get in and drives me to the magistrait (sp?) i had to explain everything and he made the decision to let me go and scheduled another court date. they had to finger print me and take pics and everything. i thought i was going to jail
