Need help geting court date moved

i got a court date comeing up but i will be out of the country.

how do i go about geting it moved?

you call them and tell them that you wont be able to make it for X reason

yeah, call the court house or whatever is on the subpeona/ticket/whatever and talk to them. granted they have the power to be dicks, but most of the time, with proper notification, they will try to work with you
