Yeah I don't know much about his area, he mentioned Paintsville. So who knows.
His fender measurements is only 60". I figured it would have been a little higher, but I guess 60" is still tall as shit.

truck needs an alighnment and also it should have a solid axle swap for that big of a tire independent front suspensions are worthless
