it all depends though, has he been to court? cause my friend was charged by the state, state dropped the case, then it was picked up by ATF/Feds everything went to shit after.. but. if i was him i rather be in a federal Penn any day of the week
Hmm... i gotta find out. Didnt have enough time to talk, he just had 30 sec's, we exchanged some words and he told me how long he'd be in there. Didnt have enough time to see wat was up.
But when he was young he locked up at some under 21 guys prison, sht was rough. I would hate to get locked up.

the loudoun Jail phone system is fucking stupid. You have to have a family member call a phone # and set up an account with a credit card. The gay thing is that when you call out that you can only hear them for a couple seconds and they cant hear you so there is no way for them to know what to do. We ended up developing a system, someone with an account set up already would call there wife or whatever and they would give them the # to the person that is trying to set up an accounts wife or whoever, and the wife of the guy with the account would tell the other person how to set up an account for themselves. Shit was really gay.
did that make any sence?

I was in fairfax and the state system for awhile. Basically fairfax was you get 10 numbers as someone else stated and you call our for like 30 minutes and they are billed when you call them. When I was in Fairfax it was around a dollar a call. Down state it was about $7 a call for only 15 minutes. Now they moved it up to around 20 minutes at the same rate. But they also have a plan where you're family can set up an account and add money monthly so that you can call home and once that amount runs up, so do your calls. I didn't realize the county jails were doing it, I only knew that D.O.C. was. Hope this helps alittle. I don't have the numbers, but it looks like you found it.
