They can't charge you with this if you're operating within the law. If they can prove you use your car for street racing, then thats a different story. They could charge you with this if, say, you're running slicks, wheelie bar, full cage....beyond street legal, to the point that its clear that it is only a racecar. If you have a car with simple bolt ons, and aren't street racing, and you're parts are withing what the law says, I dont see how they would charge you with Aiding and Abetting.
