I know that whole street racer bust back in april, but are other people getting followed by cops while they, i guess run plates.

I was driving down lynnhaven going 43 or so cuz person in front of me was slow and i wasn't in a hurry so i know i wasn't speeding. Then passed a cop who i guess saw my taillights and cut off the guy following me just to sit behind me. I guess I checked out and then they heard an eclipse with exhaust and booked through traffic to follow him?

Does this happen all the time or is this just the first time it happened to me?

they follow me sometimes, but my car is too low, tint is too dark, exhaust is too loud, etc

yeah i had that shit on 264 from down town norfolk to independence exit

 

i get followed down rt 17 all the time. I was getting gas and i saw a cop just sitting in a parking lot by the side of the road. As i pass by him i look back and he pulls out and followed me to the Coleman bridge, where he turned pulled a U-turn.

Good reason to follow you is to make sure you don't do anything stupid, like race some other guy or take off once you get on the interstate.

or to listen to your exhaust so you can get a ticket while 15 mustangs, 10 custom deisel trucks, and 5 harleys all fly by, loud as fuck.
