I have a 99 ex black 2 door civic with a d16y8 vtec engine. it has 150xxx miles (mostly highway) the interior is super clean 9/10. the exterior is pretty clean has a few dings 7/10. it is sitting on h/r lowering springs. 4000 obo. really want to trade for a clean hatch.
