Default Tranny Clutch Mstr CRX or CIVIC SI help me!!!

I just dropped an 89 crx si tranny in my dx, the tranny had like 170,000 on it so i didnt know what to expect.
I also put a cm stage 3 clutch and lightweight flywheel in.
I love it ecspecially the flywheel its like a bike(wing, wing)

Anyway sometimes going into third it feels like its grinding but it goes in no problem. Its like i can feel the grind through the stick.

Any ideas maybe a clutch cable adjustment?????
Or just an old tranny???

Both of my crx's that i have owned did the same thing. Right now i have a 90 Si w/ 171k on it, and it does that. So did my 89 Si. I belive its common with them, just like the rip in the driver side seat
