Just got word that some users are having issues logging in, getting the invalid username or password error.

I was able to login using Internet Explorer 7 & Firefox 3.5.5 under Windows, but failed when using Firefox 3.5.5 under OS X. If anyone else is having issues, tell a friend to post or use the Contact Us link with what browser/OS you're using so I can try an isolate the problem.

EDIT: I need more information than just “I can't login” to try and isolate the problem as I've exhausted all my resources i.e. I can login on all my computers with several different browsers.

 

Scratch that. After starting Firefox in Safe Mode I was able to login just fine. Restarted Firefox normally and again was able to login.

I'm completely stumped

 

Here's how to start Firefox in Safe Mode if any of you having login issues would like to see if that fixes it.

I was just now able to get back in. With Firefox, I had to reset my password, close, and reopen the browser to login. When I logout, it won't let me back in until I reset my password again.

I still can't login in any way using Google Chrome.

 

Have you already tried clearing the cookies in Chrome?

 

Just tried and still no luck with Chrome for me.

 

I'm on IE8... this morning it kept telling me my username/password was invalid. So I tired the password lookup to see if someone had somehow changed it. The captcha program wouldn't accept any of my entries. It kept saying invalid entry over and over. I cleared cookies and opened a new browser. Same issue w/ logging in, but the password lookup worked.

I had to wait 15 minutes b/c I exhausted my login attempts... used the password reset and now it's working.

 

I just logged in fine using a freshly installed (never used it before) Chrome 3.0.195.32 under Windows XP.

 

i wasn't able to log in all morning. just now tried again and finally on. i use firefox if that helps.

 

Did you change anything to make it work or did it just suddenly start working?
