Yes, it's from google.. they are "Ads by google"
Just saying, users not being able to login may be effected by this.
Running on a slow wireless connection, then typing in a password with that type of latency may cause more issues.

i just got a little hiccup with firefox. ie loaded just fine, but i had the clear the cache in firefox to get darg to load again.
