I wear an Under Armour facemask, coldgear mock turtleneck, and cold gear leggings. I need to upgrade my gloves, but I was fine all last year.

NewEnough.com has some decent over pants. Even have a thermal layer and some knee/hip protection.

I'm looking into getting a pair of those for this winter.

Same here. Works great in the Hampton Roads area. Best bet for gloves are silk glove liners, or bite the bullet and get heated grips. I've got em on my Triumph and they're a God send in cold weather, especially if it starts raining. I think cycle gear sells a kit for about $35-$40- for heaters that sit under your grips if you dont want to spend the dough for full versions.

If you're really worried about it look up Aerostitch.com for heated gear and get a bmw-style electrical plug for the bike.

Just an FYI if you're new to cold weather riding, take it easy at first. Cold tires take a lot longer to warm up on cold pavement!

First Gear Thermo suit. Can wear a jacket and your clothes that you wear to work under it.

Oxford Hot Hands.

Full face balaclava with neck protection.

Water proof insulated boots.

I bought one of those balaclava facemasks, which work great btw. I also have cold wear leggings that I wear and some decent winter gloves. The only thing I really need now is a set of windproof pants.
