Default suspension settings for the drag strip

i got 00' cbr 600 f4 and i want some tip on setting up my suspension for the drag strip. im thinking if you make the front fairly stiff and the really soft it would sag in the rear for better traction. but some give me some tips on suspension setups.

Get a different bike than a CBR 600F4 for the track first off...................your best will be in the 11's; I know from experience.

But lower it. Lower it, lower it lower it.................then strap the front.

I don't know how much just adjusting the suspension alone will help, but from what I remember softening the rear will help you get traction in the rear, but that shouldn't really be an issue with your bike

it would be good for just having fun or bracket racing though, it would be alot easier to launch consistently and get a good dial in

yup, when I said lower it I didn't mean to just adjust the suspension...........I mean lower it: literally! Get it as low as it can go. Dogbones and everything.

I don't know, if I didn't like the twisties so much a 50 shot would do pretty nicely on a 1/4 mile track: and a swing arm would only help.

150hp doesn't require an extended arm.....unless you're makin 200+rwhp stock length should suffice if you have any skill at all.
