update, i fiddled around it more and now when im in 1st gear i dont have to give it gas or anything..it doesnt even stall out, so i guess the clutch cable isnt evne hooked up?

the cable probably came loose from the bottom when you loosened it.

take it to another dealer.. ? either that or take it back and demand it be fixed.. you shouldnt go through that crap as a new bike owner... thats crap. you pay for a brand new bike, you have a bike your cant ride..
