update, i fiddled around it more and now when im in 1st gear i dont have to give it gas or anything..it doesnt even stall out, so i guess the clutch cable isnt evne hooked up?

you should prolly stop messing with it so you dont really hurt something since you dont really know what you're doing.

the cable probably came loose from the bottom when you loosened it.

take it to another dealer.. ? either that or take it back and demand it be fixed.. you shouldnt go through that crap as a new bike owner... thats crap. you pay for a brand new bike, you have a bike your cant ride..
