the flasher could be bad. it's under the front seat.

 

Thanks for all the info and help guys. My problem is solved! The tailight/brake light issue was due to the fact that the company that sold it to me wired it wrong in the tailight housing. So after trial and error I finally got the wires right! The turn signals was due to the fron turn signals and harness not being hooked up for that is where the turn signal relay lies. So thanks again everyone. My bike is up and goin!
