so if you can pass without a muffler then having an aftermarket exhaust should be legal as long as you dont get pulled on the highway right?

 

it doesnt matter if its aftermarket or not. for inspection purposes, as long as it maintains the factory emissions control devices and exits to the rear of the passenger compartment with no leaks, it passes.


it is still illegal to have it though, according to VA state code.

its also illegal to do your woman doggystyle, but people do it anyway.

Firestone on midlothian passed my Accord with "altered" suspension. Well its not slammed to the ground either and I didnt cut my factory springs. Only problem I had was worn brake pads.
