good shop for tint?
Here is an idea that can alleviate that problem.
Have key tags for the keys that has the customers name, year, make and model on it which matches a mirror tag hanging in the car.

jeez
But you know you've had those customers come in and not even know what year or model their car is. Hell, you ask them the color and they have to walk over to the front door to look at it haha. I've seriously seen a few people do that.
However, if a car has a mirror tag with a number and there is also a matching key tag with their last name, year, and model car that matches the number, all you have to ask is their last name.
+1 for RPM, they tinted the front door windows on my STi while i tried to figure out their email problem. I ended up skipping the front windshield strip since there was a few rock chips on the glass, which may get replaced today due to one of the hidden chips under the inspection sticker splitting. got them to install 35% on the front two doors, and most likely will get them to replace the old 20% tint on the rear with the same % and add the windshield strip.

Now let's get this April 08 story straight, when your "WIFE" came in to pick up the key, she could not identify her own key
, there were 2 99 Honda Accord keys in the shop, "ONE" with a Carmax key chain and the other "WITHOUT" a key chain(just a single key) we took both keys and asked her which keys where hers, she specifically said well we "DID NOT" purchase the car at "CARMAX" therefore through deduction we handed your wife the other key. Only to find out later that you "DID" purchase the car from Carmax, even though it was not our fault, we decided to "REWARD" you with a discount on product that you wanted to purchase, now if that is not customer service, what is? money in your pocket for a mistake you made, well that's the RPM way, once again BBB Golden Torch award, if you want my left arm or put a blue corporate apron on and worship you
, I can't go that far, only thing I can offer is superior service, throwing in "rolling our eyes and acting dumb" when we are offering you discount is a little overboard but to each his own, we're sorry you feel that way but to be honest read this entire post from the beginning and our customer service will speak for itself, I say again BBB Golden Torch Award, you can't get this award and be in business 23 years doing customers or customer service wrong.

You guys crack me up with your 'holier than thou' attitudes. I guess my wife expected you to be a professional shop. Nice try on blaming her for your mistake. I know better now.

I figured every automotive shop uses that. I know every dealership and repair shop I have worked for uses them.
