good shop for tint?

If you want perfect I would try RPM. They honestly do the best tinting in Richmond, but you will pay $$$. If you want a decent tint job then take it to Virginia Solar Tint

So you've personally tried and test every tinting company in Central Virginia and has deemed RPM the best.

Rpm does damn good work, ive seen a few cars they've done. Expensive as hell though, i was quoted around $400 for a 4 door

RPM is a joke and if you take your shit there you are fucking retarded. VST does a great job and would/will send everyone that asks for tint to them.

took my car there for tint(along with many other things), they did a pretty good job imo..

i think you should go to rpm for tint..
